Yes — our soaps are formulated to be gentle and supportive for sensitive and dry skin, free from harsh detergents, synthetic fragrances, and unnecessary chemicals. If you’re unsure which bar is best for you, feel free to contact us for personalized suggestions.

We use high-quality, natural ingredients like plant oils, shea and cocoa butters, and botanicals. Each product page lists all ingredients so you can review them before purchasing. 

Lye is a necessary part of soap-making chemistry — it reacts with oils to turn them into soap in a process called saponification. Once done,  no active lye remains in the final product. This is how true soap is made.

Yes! Most of our bars are gentle enough for both face and body. If you have specific concerns (like acne or very sensitive facial skin), we recommend starting with a bar made for sensitive skin. 

Yes — we never test on animals, and many of our soaps are vegan. Always check the product page to see if a specific bar contains honey or beeswax. 

Yes — we offer unscented options ideal for those with fragrance sensitivities or who prefer simplicity.

Handmade soap generally lasts  8–12 months when stored in a dry place between uses. Keeping your bar out of standing water helps it last longer. 

Yes! We are happy to ship CandieSoap worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, and international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes. 

We’re here to help. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within  7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
